With this questionnaire you are asked to participate as a volunteer in a research project that sees the collaboration of DAN, FIPSAS and Apnea Academy with the experience of Dr. Mariasilvia Amaddii, as a federal doctor FIPSAS, and of Dr. Danilo Cialoni, as a researcher for DAN Europe, later SUBJECTS for brevity. By taking part in this research project, no changes are required to your activities and dive habits. The project at this stage provides for the collection of data on possible incidents in the Taravana case. Subsequently, there will be an in-depth study of certain episodes between those censed and for that reason you may be required to further collaborate in the arrangements to be agreed upon from time to time. It is important that you read and understand the general principles that apply to human research projects
1. Participation in this study is completely voluntary.
2. It is possible that there is no personal benefit to participating in this study, but the knowledge gained will benefit others.
3. You can retire from the studio at any time.
4. You can enter up to 3 episodes per session.
5. You will not have to pay any expenses for the search procedures.
6. When the results of a study such as this are published on scientific publications or communicated to medical conferences, the identification of those who took part is treated in accordance with the privacy laws.
